Cybersecurity Breakfast Roundtable for Retailers

Payment data has always been an attractive target for cybercriminals.

As industries that process payment data-- retailers, hospitality, financial-- are seeing cyberattacks in greater volume and sophistication, it is increasingly clear that traditional cybersecurity approaches are inadequate to effectively manage risk. The age of the customer demands that the payment data industry be proactive in securing against attacks with unique technologies focused on this market.

Visa and SafeBreach invite you to an intimate breakfast seminar to hear about the challenges we see in the payment data industry, and best practices for securing environments. Glen Jones, Sr. Director, Risk and Authentication Products at Visa will share the types of cyberattacks Visa is seeing, and how Visa is gathering information about these attacks. Chris Webber, Sr. Director, Security Strategist at SafeBreach will  share how Visa is working with partners like SafeBreach to simulate attacks and validate security, based on the latest insights from payment industry attacks. Finally, our guest speaker, Scott Swantner, Director of Global Security, Western Union will deliver insights from his experience in conducting numerous investigations related to fraud, identity, theft, access device fraud and more.

We end with a roundtable discussion on a framework to mitigate the risk or impact of these attacks, and how to collaborate and work together as security defenders.

We hope to see you there.
